 wn - making it easier for anyone who wants to continue the party after t
 he presentation.\n\nDress code - Semi formal - so a little fancy\, but 
 just make sure that you're happy and comfortable!\n\nChildren are welcom
 e to attend the event. However\, they must remain with a parent at all t
 imes.\n\nThis year we will be supplying only event tickets which include
  food. You will need to book hotel rooms directly with the hotel.\n\nAll
  guests\, including children\, will need a ticket. This must be paid in 
 full when booking.
