1. Event Booking Terms

National Circuit Bookings

  • A deposit of £20 per person is required to secure the booking for the national circuit.
  • The deposit must be paid within 7 days of booking.
  • If the deposit is not received within this time frame, the booking will be cancelled, and the space may be offered to other customers.

International Circuit Bookings

  • A deposit of £20 per person is required to secure the booking for the international circuit.
  • The deposit must be paid within 7 days of booking.
  • The full balance for international bookings must be paid no later than 7 days before the event.
  • Failure to pay the full balance within the specified time will result in the booking being downgraded to the national circuit, and the balance will no longer be refundable.

2. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash
  • Card
  • Online Payments via Stripe
  • Bank Transfers

Refunds

  • Non-refundable Deposit: All bookings are subject to a £20 per person non-refundable deposit. This deposit is applicable even if only one participant fails to show up. This is classified as a No Show Deposit.
  • Refund Policy: The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Late Payments

  • Cancellation Due to Late Payment: Failure to pay for your event on time will result in the cancellation of your booking.
  • Payment Deadline: All events must be paid in full before participants are allowed entry onto the circuit. While we will make efforts to work with you, the payment deadline is firm.

3. Insurance

  • Public Liability Insurance (PLI): We maintain Public Liability Insurance (PLI) that covers the normal use of our site and leisure vehicles. This insurance is in place to protect all parties involved in the event.
  • Sign-In Requirement: All participants are required to sign on to be covered by our insurance. This process ensures that the correct legal details are recorded.
  • Failure to Sign On: Failure to sign on correctly may result in you not being covered by our accident insurance in the event of an incident.

4. Data Protection

  • Data Collection: We collect your personal details for insurance and record-keeping purposes only. All data is stored securely online, in password-protected access, available only to authorised staff members.
  • Data Usage: Your data is never sold to third parties. However, it may be used directly by us to:
    • Inform you about your upcoming event.
    • Provide post-event results.
    • Notify you about future events.

5. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • Updates: Our terms and conditions may change from time to time. We will update them as needed, and the latest version will always be available on our website. It is your responsibility to review them periodically to stay informed.

6. Age Restrictions

Some of our events have age restrictions for safety reasons:

  • Kids Parties and Kids Arrive & Drive Sessions: Minimum age is 8 years old and must be at least 4'6" tall.
  • Iron Man Races and Adult Arrive & Drive Sessions: Minimum age is 16 years old and must be at least 5'2" tall.
  • MSUK Race License Holders: Drivers who hold a current MSUK race licence for karting may be eligible to participate in Iron Man races from 14 years old. Please mention this when booking, as some larger events may not be suitable for younger drivers.

7. Black Friday Deals & 24-Hour Race Terms

Eligibility for Black Friday Deals

To qualify for the Black Friday deals, you must:

  • Pre-register for the 24-hour championship before Black Friday.
  • Pay the registration fee of £175 in full.
  • Once your registration is approved, you will receive an email with details on how to access the Black Friday entry deals.

How to Secure Your Entry

  • On Black Friday (or the designated day), you must call the office at 01642 231117 between 09:00 and 17:00 to secure your entry.
  • The deals are limited and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis, with the first caller receiving the cheapest deal.

Restrictions on Black Friday Prices

  • Full Payment Requirement: You must pay in full on Black Friday to secure the discounted price.
  • No Refunds: Should you cancel at any point, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Failure to Pay: If you fail to pay the full amount on Black Friday, the full price will apply to your entry.
    • In such cases, a £750 deposit must be paid immediately to secure your entry, or your entry will be cancelled.

General Terms for 24-Hour Race Entries

  • Eligibility: All participants must meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • Team Registration: Entries must be completed by the designated team captain.
  • Event Capacity: Entry may be restricted based on available spaces, and teams will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

8. Black Friday Deals - Specific Offer Details

  • Buy One Get One Free Iron Man Places:
    • A minimum of one full-price gift voucher must be purchased to qualify for the free voucher.
    • A maximum of 10 free vouchers per customer.
    • Iron Man vouchers can only be used for Iron Man races in the current year and cannot be exchanged for other goods or services.
  • Buy Two Arrive & Drive Gift Vouchers, Get the Third Free:
    • You must purchase two full-price vouchers to qualify for the third free voucher.
    • Participants must meet the age and height requirements of the chosen activity.
    • These vouchers can only be used for Arrive & Drive sessions (15/30-minute sessions depending on value).
  • Winter Iron Man Offer:
    • £1100.00 for 20 drivers for a National Circuit Iron Man race, taking place from November to February.
    • The event must be paid on Black Friday 2023.
    • The event can be booked between 25th November to 15th March 2024.
    • Extra drivers (maximum of 30) can be added for £60 per driver, and the balance is payable on the day of the event.
